The i-Gemm 3 is an i-Size infant carrier built to the highest ECE R129/03 safety standard, with side impact testing and a Tri-Protect headrest. It carries newborns rearward facing from 40 to 85 cm, approximately birth to 15 months.

Three layers around the head
The Tri-Protect headrest surrounds baby in three layers of protection inside the wings, including patented Intelli-Fit memory foam. The i-Gemm 3 meets the highest ECE R129/03 standard, is i-Size certified and is put through side impact testing.
One pull, no re-threading
The Grow Together headrest and harness rise together and need no re-threading as baby grows. A removable body insert gives newborns a custom fit, and the 3-point harness tightens with one pull. A UPF 50+ canopy with a zip-open panel keeps the sun and breeze in check.
Clicks onto the i-Base range
Install the i-Gemm 3 with ISOFIX on the i-Base Advance, i-Base lx 2, i-Base Encore or i-Base 2, or use the vehicle seat belt on its own. Pair it with the i-Base Encore to add a 90 degree spin, part of a system that grows from birth to 4 years. It also clicks onto most Joie pushchairs and pushchairs that take Maxi-Cosi style adapters.

Paired with the i-Base Encore it adds a 90 degree spin, which makes lifting baby in and out easier. It is part of a spinning system that grows from birth to 4 years.
