The shoulder strap is designed to be used on the Cosco Scenera NEXT. Here's how to use it:

1. Locate the top tether loop on the back of your Cosco (near the top).

2. Attach one of the clips on one end of the shoulder strap onto the hook.

3. Depending on which shoulder you'd like to carry your car
seat on, hook the other end of your shoulder strap to the LATCH strap storage point of the car seat on the bottom left or right of your Cosco Scenera NEXT.

You are now ready to carry your car seat over your shoulder!
