The Ei603TYC alarm is activated by heat from a fire, not smoke, which makes it ideal for kitchen installations where smoke detectors are prone to nuisance alarms.
Comes with a 10 Year Lithium battery and can also be interconnected to other smoke alarms in the dwelling or escape routes to ensure that all occupants are alerted to the danger.
