Bilberry is a powerful antioxidant with anti-inflammatory properties. It is also rich in carotenoids, essential for healthy eye structure and strength. Bilberry also supports blood circulation to the eyes and strengthens the capillaries in the eyes.
BLUEBERRY
Blueberries are the fruits of a shrub and Blueberry extract has been found in clinical studies to slow down visual loss. In addition, it contains vitamins C, E, A, selenium, zinc and phosphorus, all of which are very beneficial and essential for good ocular health.
